Daniel Tardelli Pessoa is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in Corporate and M&A law. Currently serving as a Partner at Rolim Goulart Cardoso since February 2023, Daniel has held similar roles at FCAM - Ferraz de Camargo e Matsunaga Advogados and Levy & Salomão Advogados, where contributions to the Corporate and M&A Practice Group were significant. In addition to practical experience, Daniel served as an Adjunct Professor at FGV from 2009 to June 2014. Educational credentials include an Executive LL.M in Business Law from CEU Law School, a Master of Laws from the University of Oxford, and an LL.B from the University of São Paulo.
