Jean-Baptiste BOVE has extensive experience in industrialization and project management within the high-end manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Section Manager for Industrialization & Methods Ebauches at ROLEX since May 2011, BOVE oversees industrialization teams and manages various projects related to data management, investments, methods, and quality. Previous roles at ROLEX include Team Manager positions in Technology Investments, Operational Logistics, Product Processes, and Logistics Ebauche, where responsibilities ranged from supervising project managers to establishing effective supply chains and production processes. BOVE founded Sulfur Components, specializing in high-end bicycle components, and has held project management and programming roles at Radiall and IDMM RADIALL earlier in the career. BOVE holds a Brevet de Technicien Supérieur in Industrialisation de produits Mécanique and a Baccalauréat Professionnel in Productique Mécanique.
