Hal is a Certified Professional Broadcast Engineer with over 25 years of experience as an IT professional. He worked for KVOA Television in Tucson, AZ for 34 years before joining us. Heā€™s been a Microsoft MVP for more than 16 years, and has contributed to several books including ā€œThe Microsoft Exchange Userā€™s Handbookā€ and ā€œThe Microsoft Outlook E-mail and Fax Guideā€.
