Monica Casimiro currently serves as a Teacher at Roland Park Country School since August 2022. Prior experience includes roles as an Instructional Assistant at Seattle Public Schools from October 2016 to June 2018, where support was provided in the classroom and implementation of curriculum. Monica also worked as a Preschool Educator at Freedom Park Preschool (formerly Druid Hill Preschool) from September 2006 to December 2014, focusing on individual and small group learning activities following the Reggio Emilia Approach and organizing parent conferences. Additionally, Monica owned and operated Parla Italiano Atlanta, an Italian language instruction business, from August 2007 to May 2012, offering customized lessons for students of all ages. Monica holds a State Initial Certificate in Early Childhood Education from Seattle Central College, an Early Childhood Education Certification from the School Board of Education in Italy, and diplomas in Early Childhood Education and Pedagogy from various Italian institutions.
