Shelby Ruff is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment, business development, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Co-Owner of Coffee For The Arts since September 2023, Shelby oversees the roasting of specialty-grade coffee and tea while supporting underserved youth arts programs. Prior to this, Shelby held various roles at Roku Inc. as Lead Recruiter, managing global recruitment for Devices, Products, and Technology teams, and at USAA, where a significant role involved building a Talent Scout program. Shelby's career also includes impactful positions at Rackspace, Off Grid Hardware, Meridian Solar, and Solar Community, showcasing expertise in technical recruiting and renewable energy solutions.
