Plutarch Lee currently serves as the Sr. Director of Software Engineering for the Roku TV team and is the Site Manager of the Taiwan Office at Roku Inc. since March 2022. Prior to this, Plutarch held various leadership roles at HTC from October 2000 to March 2022, including Associate Vice President and Sr. Director of R&D, overseeing the Software Division and leading the Android phone team. Experience includes positions as a Sr. R&D Engineer at Tecom Co. Ltd and an R&D Engineer at UFOC, along with an Information Technology Engineer role at CPPT LTD. Educational achievements include an EMBA from National Taiwan University and a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Information Engineering from National Chung Cheng University.
