Selin Tamer is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as Academy Director at Roketsan since May 2022. Previously, Selin held various positions at Bilkent Holding A.Ş. from December 2016 to May 2022, including Deputy People Management Coordinator and Talent and Career Development Manager, where responsibilities included redesigning recruitment processes and establishing the Bilkent Learning and Development Centre. Selin's earlier roles include Unit Manager at T.C. Cumhurbaşkanlığı İnsan Kaynakları Ofisi, Senior HR Business Partner at İnnova Bilişim, and HR Manager at Nurol Technologies Inc., among others, leading initiatives in change management, training and development, and performance management. Selin holds multiple degrees in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Development, Finance, and Labour Economics and Industrial Relations from Middle East Technical University and Ankara University.
