KareyAnne Hill-Peterson is a senior art director at ROI Communication. Prior to joining ROI, KareyAnne worked as a senior design lead at Duarte, Inc., where they led client-facing projects through the full creative process from discovery and brainstorming to final product delivery in digital and print media.

During their time at Duarte, KareyAnne established, educated, and managed clear expectations with project managers, designers, and client stakeholders. KareyAnne also successfully managed concurrent projects, communicated progress, and delivered on time or ahead of schedule. In addition, KareyAnne guided and directed a team of 2 to 6 designers and contractors and provided effective feedback on their works. KareyAnne also acted as a training and troubleshooting resource to a team of 45+ designers in Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote and PowerPoint. Furthermore, KareyAnne developed and led training sessions for the design department on various efficiency findings across our creative software programs. Lastly, they created and taught 6 of the new hire training modules with a focus on efficiency in Adobe products, PowerPoint, and Keynote.

Before their time at Duarte, KareyAnne was a visual designer at 23andMe and a presentation designer at Intel Corporation and Blue Matter Creative.

KareyAnne Hill-Peterson has an Associate of Arts from De Anza College in Liberal Arts with an Arts & Letters Emphasis. KareyAnne also has a Certificate of Completion from the Academy of Art University in Graphic Arts, Film, and 3d design from the Summer Session. KareyAnne is also certified from the Design Dept. in Design Leadership Fundamentals and from the Disney Institute in Disney's Approach to Quality Service. Lastly, they are an Adobe Certified Expert - Photoshop CC from Adobe.

KareyAnne Hill-Peterson reports to Melanie Barna, SVP, Creative. KareyAnne Hill-Peterson works with Cindy Ann Ganaden - Senior Art Director, Yolande Sukal - Graphic Designer, and Jacqueline Justice - Art Director.
