Ing. Marie Maštalířová (Mlynaříková) has a wealth of experience in the field of category management and e-commerce. From 2018-2021, they were the Category Manager for Drinks at Rohlik.cz, where they were responsible for building the product assortment, pricing, negotiating with suppliers, planning promotions, and developing the category strategy. From 2010-2017, they worked at Globus ČR, k.s. as an Independent Multichannel Worker (E-commerce, Sortiment Manager), Junior Category Manager for Wine, and Referent Nákupu. In their roles, they were responsible for negotiating with suppliers, pricing, planning turnover and margins, creating wine assortment, planning promotions, preparing a wine catalogue, organizing wine exhibitions, monitoring competition, providing professional advice, communicating with customers, administrating the website, and writing blog articles. Ing. Marie also attended Prowein Düsseldorf and WinExpo Bordeaux from 2013-2017.

Ing. Marie Maštalířová (Mlynaříková) has a long history of education. Ing. Marie obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration and Administration degree from the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague in 2010. After that, they earned an Engineering degree from the same university in 2014. Before that, they attended Gymnázium Bernarda Bolzana. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: a Sommelier Certificate from the Czech Association of Sommeliers in 2015 and a Certificate for Sensory Analysis from the Central Wine School Valtice.
