Ndazo Mafadza is an experienced Learning and Development professional currently serving as a Learning and Development Officer at Röhlig-Grindrod Logistics South Africa since May 2020. Previously, Ndazo held the role of Junior Training Officer at Rohlig Grindrod from September 2016 to April 2020 and began the career journey as a Learnership Student at Rohlig Grindrod from March 2015 to August 2016. Ndazo is pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Project Management from MANCOSA, expected to be completed in June 2024, and holds an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources from the Central University of Technology, Free State, obtained in December 2022. Ndazo completed Matric at Supero Private School in 2011 and is actively engaged in further professional development through Thrive since July 2019.
