Luminita Petrache has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the field of human resources and consulting. Luminita served as the Head of Human Resources at Rohde & Schwarz Topex and previously held the position of HR Business Partner at the same company. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at SIEN Solutions and as a Senior HR Consultant as a freelancer. Luminita also worked as a Project Manager at BNS and as an HR Consultant at BPI Romania. Luminita started their career as a Junior HR Consultant at MGT Business Services and as a Research Assistant at the INCSMPS - National Research Institute for Labour and Social Protection.

Luminita Petrache obtained a Master's degree in Strategic Management from the University of Bucharest between the years 2003 and 2005. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate studies at the same university from 1999 to 2003, specializing in Sociology.
