Dragos Plutu has a strong background in the telecommunications industry, with experience in various roles. Dragos started their career at Telemobil / Zapp as a NOC Engineer, where they were responsible for monitoring network elements, providing shift reports, and following specific procedures. Dragos then moved on to Electrogrup SA, where they worked as a Network Planning Engineer, focusing on IP network design, planning, and implementation.
