Fran Free is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Food & Wellness Programs Coordinator for the City of Rogers, Arkansas, since August 2021. Concurrently, Fran is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Arkansas, teaching Agribusiness Sales in the Department of Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness. Fran's extensive experience includes serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees for The New School in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and working as a Natural Products Consultant for Saltana Foods, Inc., where assistance was provided to start-up food brands. As the Mother & Founder of Oh Baby Foods, Inc., Fran played a key role in establishing and growing an organic baby food company. Previous roles also include working as a Natural Products Broker at Horizon Marketing and serving as the Director of the NW Field Office for the National Audubon Society. Fran holds a Master of Science in Agricultural Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, with a specialization in Environmental Soil and Water Science, both from the University of Arkansas.
