William Childers has a solid work experience spanning over multiple industries. William began their career as an Account Executive at Ameriquest Mortgage Co in 2003 and then transitioned to Comcast Cable as a PCC from 2004 to 2007. In 2007, they joined WECKWORTH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY INC as a Construction Project Manager until 2011. At RagingWire Data Centers, they worked as a Site Construction Manager from 2011 to 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Project Manager at Rogers-O'Brien Construction, which they started in June 2017.

William Childers attended Sierra College from 2002 to 2004. William studied Business Administration, Management and Operations during this time. However, they did not complete a degree at Sierra College.
