Regina (Gina) Pagel currently serves as a Primary Therapist at Rogers Behavioral Health, specializing in Dialectical Behavior Therapy at The Nashotah Center for DBT since August 2017. Gina's extensive experience includes various roles within the same organization, such as Therapist I, Case Specialist, and COVID-19 Telehealth Coordinator, along with earlier positions as a Behavioral Specialist and Patient Care Associate. Prior to this, Gina worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Carroll University and held various roles in childcare and reception at multiple organizations. Educational achievements include a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Cardinal Stritch University, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Carroll University, and a Summer Study Abroad Course in European Art and Architecture. Gina is currently pursuing continuing education in Substance Abuse/Addiction Counseling.
