Matt Grochowski, LPC, CSIT has a diverse work experience in various fields. Matt started their career as a Park Planner Intern at Dane County Parks Department, where they completed baseline documentations and performed park management duties. Matt then worked as an Assistant Park Planner, preparing development plans and designing exhibits for park enhancement projects. After that, Matt worked as a Landscape Architect at Crispell-Snyder, Inc., where they created concept designs, prepared grant applications, and conducted Wetland Delineations. Matt then transitioned to the healthcare industry and worked as a Medical Scribe at PhysAssist Scribes, Inc., providing real-time emergency medical scribing services. Currently, Matt is employed at Rogers Behavioral Health as a Lead Therapist, where they provide counseling services, completes assessments, and manages the interdisciplinary plan of care. Matt also has experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor at the same organization, providing social and counseling services on the inpatient units. Prior to that, Matt worked as an Intake Specialist, facilitating patient admissions and reviewing clinical data. Overall, Matt has a strong background in counseling, healthcare, landscape architecture, and park planning.

Matt Grochowski, LPC, CSIT has a strong educational background in psychology and counseling. Matt obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Natural Resources with a focus on Landscape Architecture from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the years 2000-2006. In 2010, Matt attended Trinity International University, where they took courses in Introduction to Pastoral Counseling and Issues in Counseling Ministry, earning 3 credits in the field.

Matt then pursued further education at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 2011 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology. Matt continued their academic journey by pursuing a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Clinical Psychology from Cardinal Stritch University from the years 2014 to 2017.

In addition to their educational qualifications, Matt has also obtained certifications in their field. Matt became a Licensed Professional Counselor in January 2020, certified by the Wisconsin Department of Safety & Professional Services. Furthermore, as of December 2022, Matt is a Clinical Supervisor In Training, also accredited by the Wisconsin Department of Safety & Professional Services.
