Colleen Kelly is chief compliance officer at Rogers Behavioral Health. In her role, she is responsible for the direction and oversight of Rogers’ compliance program.

Colleen has experience in healthcare compliance, governance, risk, and audit, with nearly two decades in progressive leadership roles for Children’s Wisconsin and QuadMed. Colleen received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Mount Mary University and Master of Business Administration from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. She holds certifications in internal auditing, risk management assurance, healthcare compliance, and healthcare privacy compliance.
