Brenda Moerschell is a seasoned real estate professional with a specialization in ranch and land properties. Currently serving as a Broker Associate at Rogers Healy and Associates since May 2021, Brenda has previously held similar roles at Compass and Patton International Properties. Brenda spent several years at Briggs Freeman Sotheby's International Realty, where the position of Vice President of the Ranch and Land Division was held. Earlier career experience includes management and buying roles at Floors Inc. / Carpet One, as well as a position as a Broker Associate at Briggs Freeman Real Estate.
