Jeff Kauk has extensive work experience in operations and management roles in various industries. Jeff is currently the Director Global Operations RFS at Rogers Corporation since 2024. Prior to that, they worked at Arconic as a Plant Manager from 2020 to 2021, a Supply Chain Manager from 2019 to 2020, a Continuous Improvement Manager from 2018 to 2019, and an EHS Manager from 2013 to 2018. Jeff also worked at Nucor Steel Connecticut, Inc. as an Environmental Engineer from 2011 to 2013, and at Nucor Steel Memphis, Inc. as an Environmental Engineer from 2009 to 2011. Jeff's early career was as a Project Manager at Geotechnical and Environmental Consultants from 2002 to 2009.

Jeff Kauk obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Natural and Physical Sciences from Midland University in 1999. Jeff then went on to earn a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Environmental Technology from Arizona State University, completing their studies in 2002.
