Griffin Gappert is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in the industrial and electronics adhesives sectors. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Rogers Corporation since August 2023, Griffin previously held key positions at Henkel, including Global Head of Innovation for Automotive OEMs and Vice President of Innovation and Technical Customer Service for the Americas. Prior roles at Ashland Inc involved positions such as Global Technical Director for Industrial Specialties and Energy and Performance Specialties. Griffin's earlier career included managerial roles at Imerys, The Dow Chemical Company, and Rohm and Haas, with a solid foundation in engineering and chemistry supported by an MBA from The Wharton School, a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry from The University of Toledo, and a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
