Ken Mugaba Mugengano is an accomplished professional in the telecommunications industry with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Manager of Wireless Network Strategy at Rogers Communications since September 2024, Ken previously held multiple leadership roles at MTN Rwanda from June 2019 to September 2024, including Ag CTO and Senior Manager of Network Engineering. Ken's career also includes significant contributions at Airtel Rwanda as Head of Network Deployment, where responsibilities included leading network integration following a merger and managing projects and operations. Prior to that, Ken worked at Millicom (Tigo), where roles ranged from Head of PMO to Core Planning and B2B Manager, focusing on network project delivery, CAPEX and OPEX management, and core network planning. Ken holds an MBA from ALU School of Business (2020-2022) and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Kigali Institute of Science and Technology (2006-2010).
