Veronica Masambo has extensive experience in the travel and customer service sectors. Since March 2014, Veronica has worked as a Reservations Consultant at Rogers Aviation, managing travel arrangements and providing expert advice on destinations while utilizing strong communication skills and attention to detail. Prior to this role, Veronica served as a Customer Service and Administrative Specialist at Rogers Aviation, excelling in ensuring smooth organizational operations. Veronica's career began at Truworths from December 2012 to February 2014 as a Sales Consultant, where responsibilities focused on driving sales and customer service. Additionally, Veronica has experience as a Contract Teacher at the KZN Department of Education for a brief period in 2011, instructing students in various subjects. Veronica holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree in Marketing and Political Science from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, obtained between 2008 and 2010, along with secondary education from Cabangokuhle High from 2005 to 2007.
