Milena Martina has a strong background in sales and marketing, starting their career as an Assistente alle vendite boutique at Cartier. Milena then joined Richemont, where they worked as an Assistant to the Logistic and Customer Service Director, followed by roles as a JR Customer Care Manager and a Customer Care Manager. After that, they moved to IWC Schaffhausen, where they worked in Sales Administration for Italy. Their most recent position was at Manufacture Roger Dubuis, where they held various roles, including Sales & Marketing Coordinator, Sales & Marketing Manager, Country Manager, and ultimately Head of Marketing Communication Europe & Global Partnership.
Milena Martina attended the Università degli Studi di Torino from 1994 to 2002, where they pursued a degree in Scienze Politiche Internazionali (International Political Science). Milena then studied at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 1998 to 1999 as part of the Beca Erasmus program, focusing on Ciencias Politicas (Political Sciences). In 2011, Milena Martina completed a management course at Corso di formazione Kaeser International.
