Adnan Dogan is an experienced civil and structural engineer with a strong background in construction and project management. Currently serving as an Assistant Design & Estimating Engineer at Roger Bullivant Limited since November 2022, Adnan has previously worked as a Civil Engineer at Polisan, where responsibilities included site visits and quality analysis of construction materials. Prior roles also include Structural Engineer at KKK, where Adnan designed and managed infrastructure projects during military service, as well as various civil engineering positions at Yucel Building Control Co. and Asel Building Control Co., focusing on structural design inspections and multi-storey building oversight. Early career internships at Tekfen Construction and other firms provided foundational experience in large-scale housing and tunneling projects. Adnan holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of the West of England and a Bachelor's degree from Karadeniz Technical University.
