Tina Burns is an accomplished operations executive currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Roers Companies since December 2024. Prior to this role, Tina held the position of Executive Vice President at Nxt Property Management from March 2022 to December 2024. Tina's extensive experience in the real estate sector began at Greystar, where from April 2014 to March 2022, Tina progressed from Director of Real Estate for the Los Angeles region to Senior Director of Real Estate for the Midwest region, overseeing operations for 115 properties comprising 29,728 units and managing over 700 employees across a 10-state area. Earlier, Tina served as President of Operations at Cornerstone Residential, where significant improvements in operational efficiency and profitability were achieved. Tina began the career as a Regional Property Manager at Apartment Management Consultants from September 2008 to September 2012.
