Salvador Perez is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in application support and help desk engineering. Currently serving as an Application Support Analyst at Roebbelen Contracting, Inc. since February 2018, Salvador previously held the position of Help Desk Engineer at the same company. Prior experience includes a role as Systems Technician II at Mattress Firm from June 2015 to October 2017, where responsibilities included providing desktop support to over 500 remote users and more than 100 local corporate users, along with direct support for executives. Earlier, Salvador worked as a Helpdesk Technician at Sleep Train from April 2007 to June 2015, managing high-volume help desk support for over 600 remote users and 100 corporate users while handling various applications. Salvador's educational background includes studies at Sierra College from 2015 to 2017 and ITT Technical Institute-Rancho Cordova.
