Daniel Silvestro currently serves as the Global Head of CX and Support at ¸éضٷ¡, a position held since August 2023. Previously, Daniel was the Interim Head of Operations and Head Of Customer Service at Mwave Australia from February 2022 to August 2023. Daniel has extensive experience in customer service and operations, having held key roles such as National Process Transformation Manager and National Customer Service Manager at Stramit, as well as Customer Care Manager at Zip Water, Hyundai Motor Company Australia, and in various management positions at Tony Ferguson Weightloss and Commander Australia Limited. Daniel began a career in customer service at iiNet and OzEmail Internet, with a foundational education including a Certificate IV in Business (Frontline Management) from the Academy of Learning in 2006.
