Damien Wilson is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the marketing and sales sectors, particularly in the audio industry. Currently serving as CEO of ��Ø�ٷ� Microphones since 2007, Damien has driven significant global growth and established a robust senior leadership team. As the former Global Marketing and Sales Director, Damien successfully expanded the US market, achieving a 25% annual growth in global business. Previously, as General Manager for the USA, innovative strategies such as the "Dollar Mic" campaign were developed to navigate challenging markets. Earlier career roles included Creative Director positions at The Shop and Peer Group Media, where Damien focused on integrated marketing campaigns and experiential partnerships.
