Nada Merheb has extensive experience in international humanitarian work, currently serving as Group Lead for Strategy, Learning and Leadership Support at the Norwegian Red Cross since August 2021. Prior to this role, Nada took a family break after a lengthy career with UNHCR, where significant achievements included leading emergency responses during crises in Mauritania. Additional expertise includes consultancy work with the Human Rights Advisory Group and leadership positions within the OSCE. Nada's academic background encompasses advanced degrees in Political Science and Middle Eastern Studies from notable institutions, supplemented by a Leadership Acceleration Program at IMD.
