Haim Bear has worked for four companies over the course of their career. Haim began their career in 2003 as a Global Market Professional/Training Manager for Caterpillar Inc. In 2016, they moved to Caterpillar, SEM A Caterpillar Brand as a Consultant and Training Manager. In 2020, they joined RodRadar as the VP Partner Development RodRadar, working to make earthwork smarter and create efficiency and safety breakthroughs.

Haim Bear attended the University of Cincinnati from 1975 to 1979, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General.
