Rajesh Srivastav has a diverse work experience. Rajesh is currently working as a Senior Analyst in Strategic Research and Advisory at RocSearch since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Sr. Manager of Operations at BTECON from January 2020 to September 2021. Before that, they held multiple roles at WIKA Group, including Assistant Manager of Sales Operations from September 2017 to January 2020, and Assistant Project Manager from January 2017 to September 2017. Rajesh also worked at Howden, where they held various positions such as Sr. Engineer of Proposal from February 2016 to December 2016, Senior Project Engineer from January 2015 to February 2016, Senior Design Specialist from June 2013 to January 2015, and Design Engineer from June 2011 to June 2013. Rajesh started their career as an Engineer at KLG Systel from September 2008 to May 2011. Rajesh also has experience as a Product Manager at Design Concept Solution from June 2006 to 2008.

Rajesh Srivastav completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Indian Institute of Management Kashipur in the years 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from the Institution of Engineers of India (IEI), Kolkata, from 2015 to 2018. Additionally, Rajesh also completed a Diploma in Engineering with a specialization in Mechanical Production from the Institute of Engg. & Rural Technology, Allahabad, from 1999 to 2002.

In terms of certifications, Rajesh obtained a certification in Lean Management from iACT Global - International Academy for Certification & Training in August 2016. Rajesh also earned a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from the same institution in 2016. Lastly, Rajesh holds the title of Chartered Engineer, awarded by the Institution of Engineers of India (IEI), Kolkata.
