Jesus Vargas has extensive experience in the concrete and restaurant industries, currently serving as Quality Control Manager and Operations Manager at Rocla Concrete Tie, Inc. since February 2012. Vargas has also held the position of Night Shift Supervisor at the same company. Prior experience includes ownership and operation of APD CAFE from September 2010 to October 2014, and a long tenure at La Fiesta Grande Restaurant from December 1992 to August 2010, where roles included General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Food Server. Vargas holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Amarillo College and is certified as a Concrete Field Technician Grade 1, Concrete Strength Technician, and Level 1 and Level 2 Inspector/Technician by recognized institutions.
