Wim Froyman has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Wim began their career at Hotel Regina as a Front Desk Agent, where they handled reservations and provided guest service. Wim then worked as an Administrative Assistant at FOD Justitie SPF Justice, performing various administrative tasks and managing legal documents. Wim later joined Americantours International as a Sales Coordinator, where they organized trips for clients and maintained existing accounts. Wim then served as a Transport Coordinator at Thomas Cook Belgium, managing train bookings and flight schedules. Wim also gained experience as a Retail Sales Associate at Moraine Lake Lodge and Capilano Suspension Bridge Park. Wim worked as a Customer Experience Representative at Indigo and as a Food and Beverage Attendant at Te Waonui Forest Retreat. Wim joined AmericanTours International, LLC as an Operations Supervisor, overseeing team members and providing support. Currently, they are working at Rocky Mountaineer as a Team Lead for Group Sales, responsible for managing a team and improving guest experience. Throughout their career, Wim has demonstrated skills in sales, customer service, administration, and team management.

Wim Froyman received their Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from HOWEST Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen from 2004 to 2007.
