Claire Diamond is an experienced professional with a diverse background in event production and guest services. Currently serving as the Official Showcase Production & Inventory Manager at Folk Alliance International since February 2022, Claire manages various production aspects, including inventory documentation and logistics. Additionally, as Guest Services Manager for Rocky Mountaineer, Claire oversees service delivery for premium guests and addresses guest concerns. Previous roles include coordination of the Granville Island Busking Program at Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation and event staffing for major immersive exhibitions. Claire also holds a Bachelorās Degree in Textiles from Goldsmiths, University of London, a Certificate in Foundation Studies from Ulster University, and a CELTA from International House Belfast.
