Boua Prisca has extensive recruitment experience, currently serving as Responsable Recrutement at RMO côte d'Ivoire since September 2013, and previously held the position of Chargée de Recrutement at RMO since March 2008. Boua Prisca's expertise includes defining job roles, designing recruitment advertisements, and evaluating candidates through in-depth interviews and aptitude tests. Prior to this, Boua Prisca worked as a Psychologue Adjoint at BICE, where responsibilities involved supporting children through their life stories, facilitating group discussions, and contributing to family reintegration processes. Boua Prisca holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from l’Université de Cocody, attained between 2002 and 2007.
