Children's Program Deputy Managing Attorney at Rocky Mountain Immigrant Advocacy Network

Emily Brock is an accomplished attorney specializing in immigration law, particularly in representing vulnerable populations such as unaccompanied minors and victims of crime. Currently serving as Children's Program Deputy Managing Attorney at the Rocky Mountain Immigrant Advocacy Network since June 2016, Emily has overseen a caseload of over 100 children and has been instrumental in training volunteer attorneys and mentoring cases. Previous roles include serving as a Staff Attorney and a Justice AmeriCorps Legal Fellow at the same organization, where Emily focused on direct legal representation in Denver Immigration Court. Emily's experience spans various legal positions, including working at Green and Gardner Law, LLC, and providing pro bono services through multiple organizations. Emily holds a Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Emory University.
