Geoff Lotter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in audit, risk management, and governance. Currently serving as Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee at the State Solicitor's Office of Western Australia and as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit, Finance, Risk & Compliance Committee at Rocky Bay, Geoff is deeply involved in organizations focused on supporting individuals with disabilities and managing biodiversity. Since September 2021, Geoff has also chaired the Audit & Risk Management Committee at the WA Department of Biodiversity, Conservation & Attractions and contributed as a member of the Audit, Risk & Remuneration Committee at the Perth USAsia Centre. Additionally, Geoff has held leadership roles in housing organizations, including a Non-Executive Director position at Housing Choices Western Australia and a previous role at Access Housing Australia. With a long history at Ernst & Young as a partner and prior experience at KPMG South Africa, Geoff brings strong financial acumen and expertise in managing risk across various sectors. Geoff holds an Honours Bachelor of Accounting Science degree from the University of South Africa.
