Mads Sneftrup Dujardin has extensive work experience in finance and management roles. Their most recent position was as Finance Director for ROCKWOOL Group in the Nordic region, where they oversaw a large team and managed multiple factories across four countries. Prior to this, they held the role of Regional CFO - North Europe at Maersk Line, where they were responsible for financial planning, talent management, and cost leadership for the region. Dujardin also has experience at Svitzer, where they served as Head of Treasury & Risk Management and later as a Management Assistant, handling various responsibilities such as risk management, M&A, and strategy. Mads Sneftrup has also held positions at Maersk Air, The Maersk Company Ltd., and Maersk Malaysia Sdn Bhd, gaining experience in internal controls, treasury, and customer service. Dujardin began their career at Maersk Group, where they held roles in cash management, financial analysis, and business development.
Mads Sneftrup Dujardin holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from IMD, which they completed in 2014. In 2008, they attended INSEAD and completed the Management Acceleration Progamme in Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, they obtained a HD degree in Finance from Copenhagen Business School from 1998 to 2002. In 1993, they completed their HH degree at Roskilde Handelsskole. Mads Sneftrup also attended Johnston Highschool from 1992 to 1993 and obtained a High School degree.
