Jeffrey Pool, PMP, currently serves as Manager at Rockwood Company, LLC, leading organizational change management efforts, particularly within the Department of Defense. Previously, as Business Development Manager at Coverent, Jeffrey developed program strategies for expansion into the DoD market and successfully converted leads into sales opportunities. During a long tenure at General Dynamics Information Technology, Jeffrey held multiple roles, including Program Manager for Content Operations, where oversight of a major DoD contract involved building and managing a team of 26 to produce impactful multimedia content. Additional experience includes positions as Site Manager and Managing Editor at USAFRICOM, where strategic communications and counter-extremism initiatives were prioritized. Prior roles feature research at the Jamestown Foundation, IT consulting at Portland State University, and service as an Arabic linguist in the US Army. Jeffrey holds a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Sciences Po and a Bachelor of Arts in Near and Middle Eastern Studies from Portland State University.
