Michael Wayne is a seasoned professional in the real estate and investment sectors, currently serving as a Senior Associate at Rockwood since April 2022. Previously, from June 2017 to April 2022, Michael held multiple roles at AEW, including Assistant Vice President, Investment Associate, and Investment Analyst. Early experience includes an engineering role at Solili, where data was sourced from the field and web crawlers were designed to extract information from real estate listings in Mexico, as well as internships at DTZ and Cushman & Wakefield focused on capital markets and leasing. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Computer Science from Boston University, completed in 2017, following education at Cathedral Catholic High School.
