Gareth Everard is the co-founder of Rockwell Razors, a position they have held since September 2014. Gareth then worked at the Ivey Business School as a research analyst for the Ivey Energy Policy & Management Centre from April 2014 to April 2015, where they conducted research on the impact of social factors on wind turbine projects. In September 2018, Gareth co-founded Keyto and served as the chief marketing officer until June 2020. Gareth later joined Pela in March 2020 as an entrepreneur in residence and became the chief marketing officer from May 2021 to October 2022.

Gareth Everard obtained an Honours Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) in Environmental Science from Western University between the years 2011 and 2015.
