Christopher Rivera is an experienced culinary arts educator and kitchen manager, currently serving as the Lead Culinary Arts Instructor for Rockwall ISD since June 2019. Prior to this role, Christopher held positions including Kitchen Manager at Joe and David Tacos and Shift Coordinator/Line Cook at Qdoba Mexican Grill, where culinary operations are managed through an assembly line approach. Earlier experience includes serving as Lead Line Cook at Joe and David Tacos. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government and a minor in Business from Arizona State University, complemented by a high school diploma from Rockwall High School.
