Josiane Issa has over 12 years of professional experience in various roles. In 2020, they began working at RockSpoon as a Program Manager and Product Manager. In 2018, they were the Head of Administrative Department at Saint Mary's Orthodox School, Beirut Annunciation Orthodox College, and Ecole des Trois Docteurs. From 2010 to 2018, they were the Head of Research and Development, Head of IT, Project Manager of Academic Applications, and Analyst Programmer at EDUVATION School Network. In 2009, they worked as a Programmer/Analyst at Softimpact. In 2008, they worked as a Software Developer at SofTECH, and as an Intern at UNILOG Liban SAL.

Josiane Issa has a diverse educational background. Josiane obtained their High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates from Saint coeur ain najem between 1990 and 2004. Josiane then went on to get their Metrise in Informatics from the Lebanese university between 2004 and 2008. Following that, they obtained their Master's degree in Web development from the same university between 2008 and 2009. In 2016, they obtained their Diplome d'Etudes Superieurs en Management D.E.S.M from ESCP Business School, and then a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from ESA BUSINESS SCHOOL in 2018. In 2019, they obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
