Alison has over five years of experience conducting educational research with school leaders, teachers, and students. At Rockman, she primarily works on evaluations of projects related to STEM education and teacher development. Alison has worked on a number of projects funded by the U.S. Department of Education (OELA, OII, TQP), National Science Foundation (DRK-12, AISL, ITEST) and National Institutes of Health (SEPA). Prior to joining Rockman, she taught secondary science in urban school settings. Alison earned her Bachelor’s degree in Life Science and Education from Otterbein College and a Master’s degree in Education from Indiana Wesleyan University. In her spare time, Alison enjoys spending time with her family, watching sports, going to aquariums/museums, and outdoor activities.
