Kathleen Pon, Ed.D., currently serves as the Deputy Superintendent of Educational Services for Rocklin Unified School District since November 2015, focusing on fostering innovation and improving academic outcomes. Prior to this role, Kathleen held positions such as Assistant Superintendent of Instructional Services at Merced County Office of Education, where oversight included 240 employees and various educational programs. Kathleen’s experience also encompasses roles such as Assistant Superintendent and Director of Student Services in Patterson Joint Unified School District, and Assistant Superintendent in Newman Crows Landing Unified School District, where Kathleen spearheaded professional development and bilingual programs. Kathleen's educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from California State University, Stanislaus, and a Master’s Degree in Education from California State University, Sacramento.
