Michelle Donaldson currently serves as the Assistant Chief Operating Officer at Rockledge Regional Medical Center since February 2024 and is a co-owner of Priority Practice Management LLC, focused on enhancing independent physician practices. Previously, Michelle held various leadership roles at ShoulderMD as Administrator and Business Development, at Sonoma Valley Hospital as Chief Strategy Officer and Assistant Hospital Administrator, and as Director of Surgical Services. Michelle began a nursing career as a Registered Nurse in several critical care settings, before transitioning into healthcare administration. Michelle holds a Master's degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Marshall University.
