Gisela Marquez has extensive work experience in the field of research, molecular biology, and laboratory management. From 2015 to the present, they have worked at Rockland Immunochemicals, Inc. in various roles including Director of Research Operations, Manager of Molecular Biology, and Scientist II. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2015, Gisela worked at Abzyme Therapeutics as a Lab Manager and Lab Assistant. Additionally, from 2012 to 2013, they were a Laboratory Assistant at Abzyme-Lifesensors.

Gisela Marquez attended North East University in Argentina from 1983 to 1989, where they obtained a Licenciate degree in Biology. In October 2020, they also obtained a certification in Time Management Tips: Communication from LinkedIn.
