Nick Hennessy, AAP, APRP, currently serves as the Vice President of Deposit and Payment Operations at Rockland Federal Credit Union since December 2024. Previously, Nick held various roles at USALLIANCE Financial from March 2016 to November 2024, culminating as Assistant Vice President of Deposit Account Services, enhancing processes and leading teams in Deposit Account Services and Payment Solutions. Nick began a career at Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union in November 1999, progressing through positions including EFT Supervisor, Assistant Branch Manager, and Information Center Supervisor, developing strong operational and managerial skills across various banking services. Nick's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and a Certificate in Call Center Management from the University of Phoenix.
