Todd Putney serves as the Director and Chairman of Rockingham Insurance since January 2016. With extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles, Putney previously held positions such as Chief Human Resources Officer at Medical Facilities of America and served on various boards including Virginia Career Works and the Virginia Business Council. Notably, Putney was appointed by the Governor of Virginia as Co-Chairman of the Governor's Work-based Learning Advisory Council and was a member of the K-12 Standards of Learning Innovation Committee. Additional involvement includes roles with the Roanoke Regional Chamber of Commerce, Roanoke Valley Governors' School Foundation Board, and Roanoke City Public Schools. Putney earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wofford College.
