Kenneth Halvorsen possesses extensive experience in insurance and leadership roles, currently serving as the District Program Chairman for the Boy Scouts of America since 2009 and as Claims Manager for The Rockingham Group since September 2002. Previously, Kenneth held the position of Commercial Casualty Unit Manager at Travelers Insurance from January 2000 to August 2002 and served as Casualty Unit Supervisor at Sentry Insurance from 1988 to 1999. Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from James Madison University, earned between 1982 and 1987.
